We support employees and their families by providing education and awareness in the areas of mental health and family and domestic violence; building QTC’s employees’ knowledge and confidence when dealing with these issues within their families, workplace or community.

It is important to us that you don’t feel you need to choose between your career and family. Our parental leave and elder care policies give you the freedom to do both—and be supported when you are ready to come back to work.
