Statement Access
To access your online statements you need to register with QTC to obtain a username and password. If you are already logged in or already have access to statements, please click here to access your account statements now.
How do I register?
If you are an employee of a QTC customer organisation you can register for access to your online statements by:
- completing an Online Statement Access Request Form
- have it signed by an authorised signatory for your organisation, and
- return the completed form to QTC by either:
1. Faxing the form to:

2. Emailing the form to cst@qtc.com.au (after signing and scanning the completed form)
Please note that your current level of access to the customer area of QTC’s website does not allow access to the customer statement area.A specific request must be made as described above.
