How do I use this site?

From the QTC Home page, you will see that there are three key areas:

These key areas contain information in the following format:

About QTC

This area contains QTC’s ‘Corporate overview’, including our half-yearly and annual reports, QTC’s ‘Polices’, ‘News’, and ‘Careers’, including career opportunities and information on our graduate program. 

 

Customer

This area contains details on all products and services QTC offers. This includes information on borrowing and investing, through to managing financial risk and the range of advisory services we offer. You can also find an overview of the types of training offered.

 

Investors

This area contains information about QTC’s ‘Credit Rating’, ‘Funding’, and ‘Reports and Publications’, featuring QTC’s Investment Handbook. This section also contains information for an individual investor including information about QTC’s Designated Investment bonds and Public bonds.On the right-hand side navigation you will find ‘Quick links’ which will guide you to related pages or areas within the site. You will notice that these links change as you move through the site.

 

How do I log in?

To access the secure information of the website you must be a QTC customer. This includes Queensland statutory bodies and government departments, government owned corporations and local government.To log in to the secure section you need to register with QTC to receive a username and password. You will find this log in area on the right-hand side of the screen on the QTC home page.The first time you log-in, you will be asked to change your password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters. For security purposes we ask that you do not give either your username or password to anyone else.

 

How do I find my statements?

To access statements, you will need to be a registered customer. The log in box is located on the home page on the right hand side. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the secure section of the website. On the right-hand side you will see ‘Online Services’ where you will find links ‘My accounts’. You can also update and manage your profile at any time.

 

Where do I find the site tools?

The site tools, which include ‘Home’, ‘Contact us’, ‘Log out’, and ‘Search’ can be found at the top of each page. ‘Site help’, ‘Glossary’, ‘Site map’ and ‘More tools’ can be found at the bottom of each page. The ‘Search’ tool and ‘Site map’ provide shortcuts to the information contained on the web pages.

 

How do I provide feedback?

We welcome any feedback and suggestions you may have about QTC’s web site. You can provide us with feedback by completing and submitting a feedback form online by selecting ‘Contact us’. 

 

What if I need technical support?

If you need technical support you can call website support on: 1800 233 100 (Australia only). For client transactions phone: 1800 641 057 (Australia only) 

 

What browsers does the QTC website support?

The redesigned QTC website has been developed to work with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 and the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8
Firefox 3, and
Safari 4.


Customers will also require Cookies and Javascript to be enabled, which is also a requirement of the current QTC website. These requirements are in line with the minimum specifications for government departments and agencies.
